VIROQUA, WISCONSIN -- I went to Walmart to get a small item for my son's birthday. I found just the thing, a Brewers 2014 calendar. When I got to the checkout, it beeped and the cashier told me that I couldn't purchase it. I asked for the manager, but in the meantime, Sherry ran over like she always does to be the bearer of bad news! The Asst. Manager informed me that it was supposed to be pulled off the shelf, and they couldn't sell this to me. I told her that they should probably pull it then so people wouldn't try to buy it. I was furious, I don't feel that its my fault that the Walmart associates didn't do their jobs.3 Replies - Latest reply on 03/05/2014Add reply
Bought 2 10-40 high mileage Castro in St Croix falls WI and one 5-20 in pine city MN. Changed oil in the two vehicles that use 10-40. Then when to change oil in my van that uses 5-20. When I opened it the cap seal was already broken an there was no open seal. When I started to pour it out it was black and smelled used. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 03/05/2014Add reply
I ordered almost $600 worth of furniture online in the morning. When I called them a few hours later to change the delivery date they said they could not, regardless of the situation. When I said I needed to cancel the order then, they said it was too late!
This was only a few hours after I ordered! Walmart didn't waste any time charging my credit card. Big surprise. I will never buy anything from Walmart again.
SALINA, KANSAS -- For several years, I have purchased Walmart glasses. The last pair of frames I got the finish started coming off at one year and one month. Of course there was no warranty longer than a year!! Last April at my exam my prescription needed to be changed and the Dr. said if I could get by with the old lens to do so, because he thought I was going to have to have cataract surgery by the time of the next yearly appointment. So I purchased new lens; same kind I had always ordered; wore the last ones for 3 years.
In January noticed a scratch on the lens. I never knew when it happened. I took the glasses into the store and of course it is not covered. Rude sales person! So I am wearing my old glasses until my next appointment. Cannot afford $122 for a lens for 2 months. They are a rip-off. Will not being going to Walmart for glasses anymore. These lens were suppose to have the very same finish as my last pair; after 4 years they still do not have a mark on them.
ST. PETERS, MISSOURI -- While browsing on Wal-Mart.com, I found the subject product priced at $79.98. Later that same afternoon, I visited the local Wal-Mart store and found the same item on sale for $39.88 - regularly priced at $99.88. I could not pass, I had to buy it. Ah! but, then I found that they are out of stock. The sales clerk told me that they have been out of stock for at least a month but, he would be glad to call the O'Fallon, MO store to see if they had any in stock. Good news - O'Fallon just received a shipment and have three units. So, I drive about 15 miles to O'Fallon only to find that it is not on sale. Turns out that if it had been on sale at Target, they I would have matched the sale price but, "Corporate does not allow them to match the price of another Wal-Mart store"?? So I head back to the St. Peters store to try to get a rain check at the sale price. Foiled again - "Corporate does not allow rain checks". I asked to speak to the store manager. Again - No luck. The manager was recently promoted to corporate... So, no one is in charge? What a surprise? More frustration than one can handle in a single day. We have spent $10k to $12k annually at the St. Peters Walmart store in the past but, that's about to change. Seems they are no longer hungry enough to earn my business.Add reply
WASHINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- Oops, I should not have bought a rotisserie chicken at our local Walmart. Especially at three in the afternoon. I was hungry and the aroma caught me, so I bought one.
When I got it home and put it in the fridge, since I had other things to do, even though I was still hungry. At 8:15 p.m., I took the chicken out of the fridge and pulled off the leg and thigh. It was bloody and raw. I checked the wing and it was the same thing.
I called Walmart and was told, "Just bring it back and we will return your money." Huh? What about if I actually ate this and got sick? I got, "Well, I don't work in that department, so you'll have to call the deli tomorrow because no one is there now."
Who feels like 'returning' under cooked food when you expected to have a 'well cooked chicken' for supper or snack?
I haven't been shopping at a good old Wallymart for awhile and now I know why. I think the only thing I'll buy there is dog food. Oh, I must check and make sure it doesn't come from China. A lot of Wally's stuff comes from China!
Thanks...I had to vent!
SAN MARCOS, TEXAS -- I Bought three belts & 2 months and have completely fried them out broke the buckles are no good. Yes belts are made to hold your pants up they may come under a little bit Of pressure, If you're so skinny you just use a belt for decoration that's Another thing. I thought I was getting a leather belt it says right on the belt made in China man made materials. It's made to look all leather but isn't any of it leather. I've worn this particular belt 5 times and I've noticed one place then a second place where the leather binding is coming on frayed. Couldn't they have just use real leather. My last eight dollar bill was made of real leather in lasted six years till the little belt loop broke. STAY AWAY. I had a card for some time and would NOT recommend it. Since Greendot took over. They told me I had to create a new email address with Yahoo or Gmail to me able to use the online features. I was able to use my own email address in the past until Greendot took over. There system will only work with Yahoo or Gmail emails. Ridiculous. Add reply
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- I go in Walmart in the morning, last month I went to buy a TV, and there were no one working in CS in the morning, so I manager walks by and I stop him and said I would like some help in buying a TV, and said ok I will send someone over. Waited 15 minutes no one came, so I left and went to hhGreg and brought one. So today is my baby birthday, so again went to Walmart on the way home want to get him ipad. So again a manager walks by and stop him and told him I wanted to buy this ipad. He said one moment I will get someone right over here. I waited about 10 mins, walk around and came back still no one, so left. There were another client looking for something in Toys, no one could help her. I think I will find another store to go to in the morning. I think they need to work on there customer service, if you are open in the morning you should have someone in the back willing to help the customer, so I guess I will have to give Kmart a try. There is one cashier that work there in the morning. She does her best to help you, I give her a five starAdd reply

They lost them. Apparently, they never made it to the lab where they were to go for the conversion...
I have ALWAYS hated Walmart... Why anyone would trust them with something so precious is beyond me... But, it's one of the reasons he is my ex.. Poor decision making...
Walmart has not even offered to compensate.
They are an evil empire.
CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA -- What a nightmare experience I have had with not only Wal-Mart.com but with Wal-Mart Concord, NC location (704-788-3135).
I ordered this product online, which was advertised as being available in stock. I proceeded to go to the Concord location, only to find out it was NOT in stock. I requested my order cancellation IN PERSON. However, my credit card was still charged for an item I never received. The order was apparently not cancelled and is now available for pick up (2 weeks after I ordered it).
I called the Concord location. After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes and transferred to multiple people, whom I relayed the same story to countless times, I was told I had to call the WalMart.Com 800#, as that was who charged my card. After calling the 800# and being left on hold again for another 10 minutes, I was told I had to go back to the Concord store IN PERSON, and cancel the order!!! This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. I cancelled the order, I never received the order, my card has been charged, and it takes an act of God to get a refund?
I will never ever shop at Wal-Mart again, and I will ensure that everyone I come in contact with knows about the poor customer service and false advertising. I want my $190 refund back now!
TEXAS -- The warranty states that they will pay for all if the problem isn't fixed in 3 days, which is a knock off because, I'm under warranty its already free.. So, it took me calling them because I tracked my ... read full review
LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND -- If you want to know what the exact opposite of customer service is, try returning something at the customer service desk at the Landover Hills, MD Walmart. I did just that. There was one customer in line ahead of me so I waited.
When that customer left the Walmart customer service representative never looked up or acknowledged me in any way, so I stepped forward and placed my return on the counter. She still didn't speak to or look at me or ask how she could help. She simply proceeded to process my return. During the entire transaction she spoke two words, "Sign here". At the end there was never a thank you from her and still she did not look at me. Need I say more?
WINCHESTER, TENNESSEE -- Way to go! Belittle and defraud a 75 year old one-eyed women with car problems!

Give them a break. If a legitimate concern over a defective battery for a little old woman's 2003 car develops and she returns in less than a week with receipt in hand...don't demean her, refuse to make it right and send her packing all because her well meaning son bought a different and functioning battery at a local auto parts store on his way home from work. To anyone $ 118 is a lot of money--more for a 75 year old pensioner.
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- We ordered an exercise bike online for same day pickup. Once our credit card had been charged the email informed us that we could not collect our item until the following day as it was after 6pm this was never mentioned when we ordered. We went to the store to try and collect the same day but they had not received the order yet even thought the amount was showing on our credit card. Even though the had the product there we could not take it!! They told us to pay again and then get a credit for the one we ordered!! We said no way. After no joy from the store we left. On our arrival home we immediately cancelled the item. 8 days later and numerous phone calls later still no refund.
Eventually after 6 promises of a refund we have eventually received a cancellation email. Stating that the money will be refunded within 2 billing cycles. (8 weeks) What a joke. Horrendous experience we will never use Walmart again.
CONWAY, ARKANSAS -- I guess Walmart has decided they are only going to keep two or maybe three check-out lanes open while the other hundreds of customers have to use the self-check out locations. However for the consumer this is very inconvenient. The last couple months this is what has been happening and I must say I am very disappointed in the largest and richest retailer. How easy would it be to change retailers and change their new approach to save a dollar.Self-check out is fine when one has only a couple of items, but when one is standing there in a mile long line with a buggy full of groceries is ridiculous. "Profit Over Everything Else" should be Walmart'$ no motto, or I guess "roll backs" will work to! I will do my shopping elsewhere because my time is worth more than Walmart believes it to be.Add reply
N 27TH STREET , LINCOLN, NEBRASKA -- Customer service was terrible! I have never been more disgusted & upset with how things were handled in my life! I have always returned items no problem with or without a receipt as long as you have an ID The one time I sent my fiance into return my shampoo they tell him its "too expensive" and precede to question him as if he stole the item! (My fiance is Native American & I am Caucasian) They ask him when he bought it, how he paid, what night he came in, what checker he cashed out at, etc. I have returned $20 curtains, $25 boxes of diapers with no receipt no problem. My biolage shampoo was $18.98! Then when I call into customer service to tell them I'm filing a complaint "Nancy" tells me "okay thanks!" then hangs up on me! I think their customer service associates need a lesson or two in customer service! So by now I'm furious & call back to ask any and all numbers I can call to file complaints & they start bumping me from person to person trying to avoid giving me any numbers! I later spoke with a manager at the S 27th St Walmart in Lincoln, NE & they tell me that without a receipt they let you return items under $50 without a receipt for store credit... so what really was the issue in returning these items?!1 Replies - Latest reply on 01/21/2014Add reply
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I purchased this printer this month from Walmart. It is the lowest priced new printer you can buy anywhere. I have been using these cheap Canon printers for years. I upgrade every few years, but have never had any problems with any of them.
I recently purchased the Canon MG2520 printer. I like it better than last years model. It is faster in preparing to print and faster at printing pages. Quality is fine.
If you printing demands are basic for small office or home use. This is a Great printer for the price. It prints and scans in multiple scanning formats. Multiple printing options available, such as printing two pages on one sheet or double sided printing. Print and scan quality is easy to adjust. Preview before printing or scanning is an easily available option. Can be marked as default so that all scanned or printed pages are shown in preview pane before printing or scanning.
Best of all is the price. If you do not have a lot of money to spare and absolutely need a printer, this is the printer for you.
