Best Buy Geek Squad - Geek Squad stinks and the managers are not any better

AURORA, COLORADO -- Endless game of calling Geek Squad 800 number and store (they both point the fingers at each other to get status and info.) and then they document that you picked up the product when in fact they created another service number so it doesn't look like they have had your computer an excessive amount of time (and they do keep stuff way too long), then they say it takes 7 to 10 days to ship back, really?!. When you have had enough and call the store for a manager the real run around begins............promises all kinds of things, still waiting to see if that will ever come through.

Actually the turn around time for a product sent out to service is about 3-4 weeks. So yes it's entirely possible that it takes 7-10 days for an item to get back from service depending upon where it's sent. For a computer chances are it's sent to Geek Squad City in Kentucky.
