I absolutely LOVE this Whirlpool Oven/Microwave Combo. I read an earlier review stating that the oven fans are very loud, but I am here to tell you that on mine, I don't even notice them that much. If they are that loud, I would think that something is wrong with that particular oven. These fans are important to the life of the oven. I had a G. E. and the microwave died after about 4 years, but I bought another microwave and kept the oven. The oven finally died and I purchased the Whirlpool and I am VERY happy.

I purchased a Whirlpool microwave in the last year. Electric panel broke within 6 months. Over 1 1/2 months trying to repair and wait for parts. Could never fix. Finally replaced with new one. Electric panel on new unit broke within 3 months. Two cancelled repair appointments. Finally got a local serviceman approved to come fix it. Still waiting for fix, but do not trust the product anymore, even if fixed now. Bought a new countertop microwave for now. NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I received very poor service from Whirlpool. The control panel stopped working on our 3 year old microwave and we were told that although the control panel was still under warranty, it was on "back order." After 8 months and many calls later, they finally told us it would never be available again and it WAS NOT under warranty!! (BTW, we have had problems with all our Whirlpool products that came with our new house three years ago!) The company would do nothing for me except to offer me 20% off another Whirlpool microwave. No thank you!!!

I purchased a Whirlpool range top microwave 1.8 years ago. The front door and grate are cracking already. I was told this could be due to something splattering while cooking on range. I assumed when buying a range top, I would be able to cook on my stove. Also grease stains accumulate in between glass on front door making it always look dirty. Buyers beware!
