DENTON, TEXAS -- I am more than pleased with the excellent service at Lowe's both during the purchase of my new dishwasher and during the installation the very next day. I am so impressed with the effective communication that took place among the different departments, from sales, to customer service, to delivery and installation. Rudy did an excellent job installing the unit, taking such care to be courteous and informative. Thank you, Lowe's, for making this a positive experience.

Just had some carpet installed by Lowe's installers. They were very professional and polite. I am well pleased with the quality job that they did. I highly recommend them to anyone else.

YORK, PENNSYLVANIA -- This is a new service to Lowe's in York PA. I purchased the install for new gutters on my residence on 9/2/2010. With the pending holiday weekend the appointment process from the installer (J & D Gutters) did not happen until 9/7. I was called at 8:45 A.M. to see if 9/8 was okay, I said yes, he said he would call back with a time. 45 minutes later he called and said 9 - 9:30 would be the start time. He wanted to know if he could leave the new gutter that afternoon, which was OK. He also said he did an aerial shot and told me I could eliminate 1 down spout that the gutter would handle the flow.

On 9/8 Justin with J & D called at 8:20 to say the men would arrive in 45 minutes - they did. It was discovered during the install that the downspout that was eliminated had to be put in due to the house settling. They showed me the without and the with downspout, so we put it back in. The back gutter was a 64' run. The overhang on each end of the house was different by about 2 inches. The cuts were made on the wrong ends. The install team called the office and everything was taken care of. They went another job, and 45 minutes later another team showed up remanufactured the gutter and said Justin would be by later to install it.

Sure enough at 5:30 P.M. Justin and one of the first men came finished the job and were on the road. They did an excellent job. I expected some problems but not these that happened, they were taken care of in an expedient time frame and everyone went away happy, except me - I stayed home happy.

Kudos to Lowe's employees on the store 2409 Install team, John **, Sean **, and Tanya ** and their support cast of thousands. I was so happy with the job I thought about taking the gutters down and have J & D come back and reinstall them just to see a top notch team at work. I would rate their work and the Lowe's team right up there with Alabama Football. Roll Tide. Oh my wife was a happy camper also.

INDIANA, PENNSYLVANIA -- (Billy) The installer did a fantastic job, he was very professional and very precise with making doors close properly. He came to our home clean and neat, he cleaned up after the job and was very considerate of our home and animals all five of them. I will not hesitate to call on Billy for my next home improvement. By the way at the end of the job our blue tick coon dog got out of yard and into the woods, Billy was kind enough to go into the woods with me and down a ravine, chased and retrieved Bubba and brought him home. (WHAT A GUY)

I had the installers from Lowe's come and install rug for the whole house. They did a excellent job and they vacuumed each room when they were done. They put all the scrap pieces in garbage bags as they went along. I would definitely use their service again. Great Job!

CHINO HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- The men were on time, were pleasant, acted very professionally, and laid the carpet in two rooms in less time than I thought it would take to Carpet One. They were patient with my questions and moved furniture in both rooms without complaint. They replaced it the same way. They asked politely if I would mind filling out an evaluation for them. I said I would be happy to do so. The carpets have been down for a week now and I am still thrilled with the job they did. On a scale of 1 - 7, they get a 7+! The in-store preinstallation service was equally good thanks to Geisel ** and "Cindy."

RIO GRANDE, NEW JERSEY -- Having read the complaints on this website about Lowe's, I felt compelled to write about my POSITIVE experience with Lowe's of Rio Grande, NJ. The installation of new kitchen cabinets is never without stress, but the designer and carpenter from Lowe's did everything to make this job as painless as possible! Stacy, the designer, was extremely thorough in making the plans and double checking everything before I signed off on the order. Paying in advance for my KraftMaid cabinets and the installation gave me pause, but seeing how every cabinet was in perfect condition when they were uncrated helped me to relax.

The next step was having the carpenter, Keith **, begin work. He carefully inspected every item to be installed. He meticulously measured and installed every base and wall cabinet with the precision I would imagine he would use in his own home! The crown molding and doors have also been put in beautifully. Keith is such a craftsman that I struggle to find the seams! At the end of a week we have a gorgeous new kitchen that is solidly put together, plumb as can be and not ONE thing needs to be re-done or re-ordered.

The experience has made me a believer in getting a designer kitchen without having the sticker shock to go with it. Lowe's advertising claims are valid. I would surely recommend the team at Lowe's of Cape May for a kitchen or bathroom renovation.

MUSKEGON, MICHIGAN -- We were super pleased with our carpet install. The installer was great to work with as well as ordering the carpet from Lowe's in Muskegon, MI. Everything from start to finish was done when we were told it would be. We will use Lowe's and the Installer again in the near future.

BEND,, OREGON -- We are very pleased with the manner in which Steve our installer accommodated us by installing our carpet a day earlier than scheduled. He did a fantastic job. We were very satisfied with the work he did. Very nice polite man.
